All or nothing thinking

Do you struggle with this type of thinking? Like if I don't have 45 minutes to do my workout, then I won't work out. Or if I don't have a solid hour to write, then I won't write.

Did you know that you can get benefits from just 10 minutes of doing something? In my 30 Day Writing Challenge, I ask you to write for 5 minutes each day. That's it! And it is changing lives. 5 minutes of showing up is helping my clients learn about themselves and grow as a person.


Next time you catch yourself saying...there isn't enough time...I dare you to set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes and see what you can do in that time!
