How can I have 3 daughters that are all so different from one another? It is the same set of genes, but 3 totally different shopping personalities.
One of my daughters likes to shop and has no problem asking me for what she needs and she will quickly ask if I will pay for it. Her motto is "The answer is always No, unless you ask." She walks into a store and knows what she likes when she sees it. She keeps a list of specific items she is looking for. She always leaves the mall with something from her list of "things to buy."
Another daughter doesn't even like shopping! She lives on the motto, "Let someone else shop for you!" She would rather me buy all her clothes and she will wear anything that fits.
My oldest daughter loves going shopping, but tends to just look and try things on. When it comes to spending money on a purchase, she freezes and doesn't buy anything. She doesn't even think to ask me to pay for it. He motto is, "If I need it and it is not on sale, then I won't worry about it." She walks away from the store without purchasing the things she needs, so her "list of needs" continue to get longer. She will put off buying the item, until it is vital to have the item and then we are scrambling to find it or order it.
Do you find yourself as one of these types?
Do you leave it up to someone else to take care of your needs?
Do you know what you need, but don't want to pay the experts to help you?
Do you look for ways that you could pay someone else to get the help you need?
We all have a list of "things we want," but do we go after it with passion and desire? Or do we sit back and say, "It would be nice to write that book, but I just don't know how." sigh... Or do we say, "If I knew what to do, I would do it, but I don't, so I will keep the book topic in my mind and never get it out to the world."
Let me help you find the desire and time to write your book! Let me help you organize your thoughts and get those chapters written. Someone needs your story, so let's get it out to the world.
