Are you ready for my two ways to slow down life?
1. Go outside and enjoy nature.
Walk and look at the trees. Connect with the life that is all around you.
2. Write!
Writing will literally connect your mind and body. which will slow down your brain. Writing allows you to catch your thoughts as they happen.
Your hand cannot write or type as fast as your brain can think, so it will help you slow down and look at what you are really thinking.
