So if you are struggling today or have something heavy on your mind, just FEEL it. Call the feeling what it is. Name it out loud. Say "I feel _________." And sit there with the feeling. Our feelings want to be validated. I promise the worst of the feeling will wash over you in 60 seconds or less and then the feeling will not be as strong.
